FOR INSERTS
STEP 1 Insert the no. 3 grub screw into its corresponding seat and partially screw it down (1, 2 threads).
STEP 2 Connect the no. 4 wedge with its corresponding grub screw (no. 3) and
screw it until the maximum gap over the cutter body is approximately 1mm.

STEP 3 Insert the no. 5 grub screw into its corresponding seat and partially screw it down (1, 2 threads).
STEP 4 Connect the no. 6 wedge with its corresponding grub screw (no. 5) and
screw it until the maximum gap over the cutter body is approximately 1mm.
STEP 5 Put the insert no. 1 into its corresponding seat, pushing in the direction of the arrow above the cutter body (see diagram above). Note: you must enter from the upper portion of the cutter due to the shape of the insert.
STEP 6 Put the screw no. 2 into its seat and slightly clamp down screw no. 2 and grub screw no. 5.
REPEAT steps 1 through 6 for each cutting edge.
IT.TE.DI. recommends to replace the screw (n°2) every two changes of the insert.
