PCD TEDISFEED - SETTING PROCEDURE
FOR INSERTS
STEP 1 Act on grub screw no. 3, and bring the insert at 0.04÷0.05 from the required axial measurements.
STEP 2 Tighten the clamping screw no. 2 at 1Nm and the grub screw no. 5 at 1.5Nm.
STEP 3 Using the grub screw no. 3, bring the insert to the required axial measurement.
REPEAT the procedure for each insert.
TECHNICAL
IT.TE.DI. recommends to replace the screw (n°2) every two changes of the insert.
